Real Estate Experience: Full time Real Estate Appraiser - 1986 to Present. Owner/Chief Appraiser - Gary G. Maider, Real Estate Appraiser, 1992 to Present.
Memberships: Greater Tampa Association of Realtors. Mid-Florida Regional MLS.
